Well, during those turns I dash and Cunning action dash so 80 ft for three turns that's 240 ft the distance would then be 360 ft :p

then I'm just hasting my way to keep my distance to 600 feet, be it moving backwards or forwards. I'm then just throwing distant ice storm after distant ice storm at you. this goes on until haste wears off and you start gaining ground, or I run out of sorcerery points

so you have to roll four dex saves against ice storm, for four castings. each cast is a dex save for half.
14 bludgeoning damage and 12 cold.
8 bludgeoning damage and 16 cold.
5 bludgeoning damage and 8 cold.
11 bludgeoning damage and 16 cold.
