You can use an Attack to reload your weapon making it so that you can shoot 6 times a turn (with action surge), I'm also assuming you can use Grit points to give you advantage on attacks. And with hemorrhaging critical ( Critical hits on a roll of 19 and 20 ) you can deal half that damage at the end of a person's turn.
