well, my 9th and 8th level slots are expended, but I still have a low portent for when I need them to fail a save. the only problem is I can't do it for attack rolls because people declare attack and roll to hit in the same post

Well, if you're stunned, that means I have advantage on attack rolls against you. So you know what comes next.
5 attacks because I'm out of action surges using +3 arrows and Sharpshooter.
Attack: 27 Damage: 20
Attack: 22 Damage: 22
Attack: 22 Damage: 20
Last two attacks are made with normal arrows because of Swift Quiver
Attack: 28 Damage: 24
Attack: 23 Damage: 18

An additional 15 damage. Not as nice as the first round since I don't have the Oathbow's 3d6 or my Hunter's Mark on you.
