well as soon as I see you, I take advantage of that one mile range on meteor swarm, and heightened cast it. roll a dex save with no advantage or take 65 fire damage and 77 bludgeoning damage.

okay, now I have to wait until you come closer. at 480 feet, I will start barraging you with distant jolts (a cantrip). at 240 feet, I'll stop applying the distant metamagic. at 120 feet, I cast blink, and at 60 feet I cast darkness centered around myself with two sorcerery points, so I can see through it, bonus action activating umbral form. now to do the math on how long that takes.

alright, maths: you start 500 feet away, running 60 a turn. on turn 1, I cast meteor swarm, 440 feet away. on turn 2, I cast jolt (Attack: 19 Damage: 29), -1 sorcerery point, 380 feet away. on turn 3, I repeat turn 2 (Attack: 34 Damage: 21), 320 feet away. turn 4 is a repeat of the previous turn (Attack: 18 Damage: 22), 260 feet away. again (Attack: 20 Damage: Unable to parse dice roll.), 200 feet away. non-distant jolt (Attack: 20 Damage: 16), 140 feet. jolt again (Attack: 18 Damage: 29), 80 feet away. cast blink, 20 feet away. cast darkness, and you get into melee range. (you don't have to dash for the last turn, so take your action)
