You can grow bones out of the ends of your limbs. This allows you to make more powerful unarmed strikes. The damage for these attacks is 1d6 + your Strength modifier. In addition, you can choose to make the damage slashing or piercing for these attacks.
You have been forced partially into the Ethereal Plane at all times, causing you to be partially ethereal, but it also limits your ability to sense things.
You have disadvantage on Perception and Investigation checks, and any attacker who is 35 or more feet away from you is considered hidden from you.
Your AC increases by 2, and you gain proficiency in Dexterity saving throws. If you already have proficiency in Dexterity saving throws, you double your proficiency bonus for it.
The distance you can jump is doubled,and when you jump you expend only 1 ft of movement per 2ft jumped.For every 5ft you jump however,you take 1d6 fire damage.
This one's a cursed item, inspired somewhat by stuffattack's post above:
Cool Guy Glasses.
These smoked lenses make you look seriously cool. You get +1 to charisma checks and advantage in any save required to not panic or be afraid. If you have sunlight sensitivity, you are not affected by it whilst wearing these glasses. Whilst wearing these glasses, your darkvision distance (if any) is reduced by 30ft.
Curse:
When you wear these glasses whilst walking away from any man-made structure, that structure will suddenly explode behind you in a massive fireball, just far enough away to cause you no harm. If you turn to look at the explosion whilst still wearing these glasses, you suffer a permanent -2 to Charisma - because cool guys don't look at explosions.

you can only get this curse if you are human.
your brain cannot be turned into an intellect devourer or be extracted by a mind flayer.

attack rolls made against you have disadvantage and you have disadvantage on attack rolls.
