I am able to teleport anything into anyone.

I am able to transfer all of my thoughts to a flat surface without moving a muscle.

You can't transfer them back to yourself.

 But you wake up in a random location of whatever time zone is currently at 6 am. That power-nap might drop you into the Pacific Ocean when you awake.

Any task I attempt takes 1/10 of the effort.

But 10 times the time.

I can sneeze with my eyes open.

But you can’t sleep unless both eyes are open. I can’t imagine the discomfort. Your eyes would be dried up.
