Granted, but your hands are not attached in any way to your torso, for your arms have been amputated.  Thankfully, your hands have been preserved in jars and they sit before you.  Unable to be used.  But, they are yours and in your possession, and you are otherwise in perfect health.  Cleared to run the Boston Marathon.

I wish Cycles Gladiator would resume building bicycles and either buy the rights to the name back from the wine company or work together for wine and bicycles.

I wish for pallghost to be banned

Granted.  At first, the only noticeable change is that the nearby woman with a blonde highlights, carrying her Chihuahua named "Killer" in a purse, is holding a frozen frappachino latte espresso mocha with extra whip...which is suddenly turned into a bland liquid of soup.  Soon, reports start coming in as millions suffer under the incoming tide that drowns cities like Seattle, L.A., New York, London, Rio, Bangkok, etc.  The world looks to a hero, but the wish has been granted and there is no escape.  As many glaciers thaw, the permafrost releases chemicals such as DDT into the environment, poisoning lakes and streams.  Contaminating the water and nearby food supply.  The 15+ million gallons of mercury trapped in the Arctic is released, which is not only its own poison, but is eaten by microorganisms which culminates in mass greenhouse gas of carbon dioxide and methane.  Ultimately, this will culminate in not the watery oasis dreamed, but of a new age where most land is lost to a desert tundra unsuitable for life. 

I wish Magnum P.I. would come play some D&D at my table.
