I take memories from the tumor of the clone (which I can see via see invisible and lingering effects of true seeing), and view them one by one. the clone, meanwhile, sits in place until I am done, then runs off to find some water to walk on so it can impress people into believing it's some kind of god. woo-hoo! the clone also casts heal on itself in case psychic damage affects physical health.
sorry, I forgot that 'silent' meant 'incapable of magic', i assumed you just meant it couldn't talk.
With the knowledge, I frown. it cut out... alright, I need to find a way to guard against psychic damage, or find a non-sentient capable of interpretting true seeing. i start by seeing if [mind blank] will work, looking at the goblin for only about a second to see if mind blank is defending, not long enough for serious injury.
I was saying i cast mind blank, then look at it with true seeing for a second, and see if the blank protects from psychic damage. my clone keeps prancing around on the water like an idiot.
the silent is over now, I believe, so the clone returns, casts mind blank, and watches the goblin with true seeing again... after I heal its psychic damage, of course.
I cast minor illussion, creating an illussion of what i am now seeing in the real world, assuming i have not physically been transported. i also summon a cammera so i can look at the image later.
Then, I ask the woman who they are and what they want.
I'll use true seeing again and pop into the goblin's mind thing again, now protected by my tinfoil hat, and will greet the eldritch being and offer it tea. (If I see the eldritch being)

"Ignorance is bliss, and you look absolutely miserable."
What stake has he in this? and what possible reason have I to trust his dimensional door? if I am an interloper, he will want me dead. i cannot trust his paths for they may lead to death.
and so instead of being obedient, I ask what he wants, while transfering my memories to the original (since, as stated, this is the clone).

I put on a tinfoil hat and place bandaids all over my head. I am now healed and psychic damage immune! Tinfoil fixes all problems!

I look deep into the goblin again with true sight, and I can't be affected by the psychic damage because of tinfoil. TINFOILLLLL.

I ask it how I'm supposed to leave. since it made a dimensional door, this can't be a mental effect, so... how does leaves?
