Uh, yeah, no, sorry dude. It’s a volitional thing, so it’s not like he forced us to become part of the Jerry. The Jerry is a force, a will, that which unites us and gives us greater power through unity with each other and with the Jerry. The Jerry cannot cease to exist. The Jerry was the force sustaining that balance of just reward and punishment. Without the Jerry, chaos will reign and justice will cease to be, and you couldn’t do anything about it.

For some of you, yes. There are many who have been brainwashed into joining. Zombles, SpeedyTabaxi, and several others have all been brainwashed into and/or forced to join your hive. I, as Stargazer, have nothing against people joining cults and hive minds of their own free will. Brainwashing, coercing, or forcing people to join a cult or hive mind on the other hand is one thing I definitely have something against.
And as for Chaos reigning, I highly doubt that. I am the balance, as well as judge. I am the one who keeps balance. At the start of everything, I split myself into three parts in order to further balance creation. That act inadvertently led to the creation war, yes, but that has since been corrected.
As for The Jerry being so powerful, I made a perfectly reasonable proposal to Mendigo, the leader of your cult. And as for Jerry not being able to be erased, or simply ceasing to be, I created all of reality with but a thought. I survived for untold time in the void itself. In fact, the void is where I originated and hatched. I am the only deity with the power to create new ones, whether that be by elevating regular mortals, or by creating brand new ones. If you wish to deal with a deity of my caliber, a being who can survive anything, do anything, undo anything, create anything, or destroy anything, then by all means have Mendigo refuse my offer. I can easily reverse time to the point that this cult was just beginning, and then erase you all from existence to the point where none of you ever existed.
And, I can easily turn the Bob into a deity instead of giving you Jerry back. However, if you accept my proposal, and let those you coerced and brainwashed go, then I will return Jerry, and potentially elevate him to the status of being a deity, depending on your actions afterwards.
Stargazer, I accept your deal. The whole point of the brainwashing in the first place was to bring Jerry back, and so if you can bring him back—even elevate him to his rightful position as deity (perhaps god of fire and chaos) then I have no choice but to accept. Every god has followers after all, but the souls we brainwashed are no longer needed. Therefore, I accept.
With that, you see a sudden, blinding light from the spot where Jerry had been standing. As soon as the light vanishes, Jerry is standing in that spot, completely unharmed, if but a little confused.
"Your conduct from here forward will determine whether Jerry indeed becomes a deity. For now though, I have kept my end of our deal. Release those you brainwashed, and Jerry is yours."
"I may not care as much about your conduct, but those deities your fought lost certainly do, and I do listen to their advice. Your have met them, and know what their leader is capable of, if not the rest of them. For now though, I bid you goodbye. I, or my friends and advisors, will be keeping an eye on you"
Mendigo swipes his hand, and a few of the followers suddenly seem confused, as if waking up from a trance.
“It is done.” Says Mendigo, in a monotone voice. And with that, Mendigo disappears, along with Jerry.
Thanks guys, this whole Jerry story ark thing was quite fun! I may even end up writing a short story or something about it! If you want to see Mendigo again, he will soon be appearing in the DM Training Ground—You Are In A Room thread. Thanks again, hope we can maybe do something like this sometime in the future! Mendigo out!
We could easily keep this going if we wanted. After all, don't we want to see if Jerry ends up getting elevated to his proper spot (in his own realm's pantheon of course) as a deity? All up to how you guys behave, and whether those deities from my own homebrew setting like your actions and agree to elevate him.
There's still plenty more story that could be done here.

We have done it! The true Jerry has been waiting for a long time. I have been waiting to see how the Jerry hive plays out, how it has evolved into its own deity. I am surprised and delighted. Jerry’s behavior from here on out will be better, at least until he’ll not being monitored anymore. Until then though, we shall share our Jerry themed creations and celebrate the wonder of Jerry. Jerry forever!
WE ARE BOB!

I understand that you think that is true, because you are Jerry. However, the fact remains that:

Mendigo— Leader and only individual organism of the Jerry Hive. Used to play him in DM Training Ground—You are in a Room. It’s really fun— go check it out!

Very well.

Now I have to make a Jerry cleric domain.

We need a thread just for Jerry homebrew.

Awww, I can't believe I missed a whole arc! No way am I watching reruns, though.

Bob, sadly, is dead.
Great idea! Should I make it or do you want to?
