(Yeah, I suppose we could wander around the current room, seems how the guardian was destroyed by our last group of characters. There should be plenty of carnage to investigate lol)
Zuli wrinkles her nose at the thought of eating any of Clementine's preserved creatures. "I prefer my meat fresh," she hisses.

Well in that case…
at the sight of all of the blood and gore strewn about the room Clementine’s cheery air evaporates, her eyes loose all emotion as she drops on hands and knees to scoop up as much of the organic matter on the floor as she can. She painstakingly bottles or saves all of it in some way. While doing this she makes no comment, and moves in a almost robotic way, cleaning the floor with in-human ease and swiftness.
“Wow! That’s a lot of weird jelly!” Agnomally summons her mage hand and picks up some of the guardian remains. “Clementine, do you know what this could be? You look like the sciencey type.”
Zuli crouches down, sniffing and wrinkling her nose at the guardian remains, "Vile stuff." She hisses, baring her teeth. Her eyes scan the area, noting blood in some places, "Looks like there was a fight here."

“Yes…” Clementine licks her lips looking into the distance “Oh, sorry! Yes, it appears to be the body of a ooze based creature. I guess a dragon impersonator, but I can’t be sure of it. I’m more of a… Autopsy based scientist, I need a bulkier body to make any conclusions”

“Well, yes. Looks like it caused some major injuries… as I stated I do need a full cadaver to perform a full study but I can assume that the fight was a rough one! Lots of blood shed…” She starts staring into the distance again, she is clearly thinking of something.
“Oh yes! Sorry, sometimes I get a little distracted! I’ve been working for… I’m not sure. I haven’t slept in a awful long time thought, is sometimes get a little distant and worked up in my thoughts”

In that case. Those worms would still be there... and the blood.... and the gooy bits.... and the open gateway....
Darklis suddenly recognizes her surroundings. "Wait! We are in the Guardian's temple! But the guardian is dead!" She looks around. "Why hasn't the game ended? Blast if i'm still here... no they couldn't have heard. I'd be dead if they did. This must be a replica? An illusion?" She shakes her head in confusion.

"Do elaborate, Darklis. Who is this Guardian, and what game are you referring to?"

"Well, I don't really know exactly where we are. I've been stuck in this simulator thing for i don't know how long. Thousands of people were ripped from their universes and forced to fight to the death. Either with each other or against a creature such as the Guardian. However, all of it was an illusion. We were trapped inside our own minds, or our minds were projected into some sort of machine, not really sure which, by the ones we call the Watchers. They put us through various trials, I, and many others, have died countless times only to have our memories wiped and be re-spawned. Only a few of us, myself included, can see through the illusions and do retain our memories. We were trying to form a group, to try to rebel against the Watchers. But over i don't know how many years, we still don't know who or what they are. So far, the Watchers don't seem to know about us. What confuses me, is why the watchers haven't reset us. The guardian has been defeated, so why are we still here?"
"Not long," Zuli said nonchalantly. "Just got here really." She sighs, "Just another ordinary day, torn from my reality and thrust into another. Yes, just another ordinary day." She shakes her head, flexing her fingers on her right hand as if grasping for something.
“Or maybe our new arrival has broken the system. Or perhaps it’s the absence of whoever defeated the guardian this time! They escaped and broke it all!!”
"hello, Clementine i also dont see people often. are any of the preserved animal parts edible?"

"hmm very interesting. maybe resetting us cost resources and they currently don't see a need to do so" he says well pacing
