It should have the same odds as any other specific arrangement of 6 dice I would think. Unless the dice roller links the results of each die together...but that seems like a bad implementation. The odds of any specific arrangement of all 6 dice should be 1 in 46,656 regardless of what that specific arrangement is.
The order matters - so like you said each result is a 1 in 46,656 chance - but if we ignore order (because the straight I got was not in order) it's the most common roll at 720 possibilities 46,656.
So, you've said that no one has legitimately gotten a Super Yahtzee. Have people tried to fake it? If so, how?
There've been many attempts - some better than others. The best I've seen is someone did 100d6 drop the 94 lowest. That ended up with a green 36 but of course the tooltip was all wrong. Basically if the tooltip doesn't say "Rolling 6d6" it's invalid.

Oh...fair play, I didn't think about that...for a non-ordered straight the first die is always "right", the second die has a 5 in 6 chance of being "right" so on and so forth...so it ends up being 6!/6^6 instead of 1/6^6. Gotcha.
