I wish for 2021 to be a good year
Granted, since 2020 sucked.
I wish for COVID-19 to become extinct, and for people to act smartly about it.

I am part of the Cult of Grammar. Respect us. Or we will find the slightest mistake in your grammar, and never let you forget it. Clones would have saved Star Wars, and Kylo Ren sucks. MAKE THE EMPIRE GREAT AGAIN!!! I am a stormtrooper, and the Skywalker family is made of nothing but idiots who are insane. Cough Anakin and Luke Skywalker Cough
Congratulations, the virus mutates to become even deadlier and more infectious, drowning out the original disease. Since the original disease is gone, people stop wearing masks and social distancing, thinking smartly about only the original disease.
I wish for Wizards of the Coast to publish a new book, with about the quality and pricing of Mordenkainen’s Tome of Foes, that has one section each about modrons, slaadi, and the elemental planes, each as long and in-depth as the section in Mordenkainen’s Tome of foes, that don’t uproot the entire lore of these creatures but build upon the established lore, and include good, balanced, accurate statistics for the hierarchy modrons.
Granted. You have no way to control it, and it flies in a random direction at high speeds. I hope you don't live in an area with a lot of tall buildings!
"Established lore" means the established information about these topics as presented in official D&D 5E. This also loosely includes information from previous editions, although this can be somewhat altered. Use the most recent information on the matter, as presented in official D&D content. (The PHB lists Tiamat as LE, but her stat block lists her as CE. Storm King's Thunder lists tressyms as beasts, but Baldur's Gate: Descent into Avernus lists them as monstrosities.)
Granted, but the first transformation is permanent.
I wish for my previous wish to be granted. To remind you, here's the rundown:

Resisting is simply standing in front of the tide and pushing at it. Even if you endure at first, you will eventually break down. Adapting, by contrast, is turning into a fish.

Rangers are not underpowered. They’re just exploration-oriented.

You are given an unnamed, undocumented strange creature that eats all of your gold and equipment. Some thing follows you around to eat everything you own.
Whenever the scooter is left idle for more than 10 seconds it starts using adult language; swearing, saying filthy things, loudly for anyone within 5 city blocks to hear.
I wish for the power to heal myself and others.

Don't even TRY to argue with me about Star Wars.

define ¨established lore¨
i wish for a flying carpet
Check out my homebrew subclasses spells magic items feats monsters races
i am a sauce priest
help create a world here
Granted! On your first fly, the carpet flies super high and drops you 3000ft in the air, it was unlikely you'd survive.
I wish there were magical creatures in Real Life
Granted. You have no way to control it, and it flies in a random direction at high speeds. I hope you don't live in an area with a lot of tall buildings!

Granted!!! Now that magical creatures exist, they are studied to where they become mainstream, causing you to lose your sense of wonder.
I wish that the orphan character backstory is no longer common
Granted, now 99.9% of stories with orphans in them are never published, or seen by the public.
I wish I had the power to shapeshift into anything I want.
