Well, you get them, but the devs implement the super duper crests that are more super duper hard to find and 10,000% better than the normal crests. What kind of enemies would require you to be 10,000% better at the game? I don't know! Just pretend EA bought the game or something. Also, these crests are only available through loot boxes that the NPC skirmish mirmish will sell to you, and he is very annoying.
