Hello, and welcome to Exploding Dice- a game of chaos and probability that stays dynamic all throughout! The game doesn't have any lore about it, so I'll get right to the rules:
The game starts when 2 or more people are able to play, with people being able to join in or hop out whenever!
The game starts by having two people each roll a d20. Whoever rolls higher wins, and becomes the Champion.
On consecutive rounds, other players (Challengers) can challenge the champion by repeating the d20 rolls. Whoever rolls higher wins and becomes (or remains) the Champion.
For each time the Champion wins a match, their rolls gain a +1 bonus, which stacks on consecutive wins up to +9.
If a Champion wins 10 games in a row, they win the whole game!
If the Champion, after factoring in the bonus to their rolls, ever gets a total number that is more than 20, they lose, regardless of what the Challenger rolls.
If the Champion ever loses, their d20 explodes! This means they are no longer Champion, and can't become Champion again for the rest of the game (they can still challenge existing Champions to attempt to dethrone them, though). There's no penalty to the Challenger if they lose.
Challengers can't challenge the Champion twice in a row. They need to wait for someone else to challenge them before going again.
Be nice and respectful to everyone in the game, regardless of the matches' outcomes.
