So pretty much the premise is that the police have started using magic, as it can be non lethal, but better than nightshade or rubber bullets. New recruits are sent to the New York Academy of Law Enforcement Sorcery or NYALES for short. This would be some form of college, instead of normal police training, they specifically trained for swat like situations. Each person would be split into two groups, Breach, made for getting into places and clearing them out, and Tactics, who get info and quietly getting into places
