I’m trying to make a homebrew mega world with multiple continents and stuff so i can be lazy in the future (though it probably wont happen)
here it is so far:
The continent of Naern contains:
Lordship of solrathis - cold, governed by Milton scrouge
United Forests of celandra - elves
Federation of Dampfstadt - most developed and heavily armed (dawarves)

The sunken continent of Silona contains:
Islands of ka poa - tropical islands
Continent of Eainn contains:
Aquon - land of the lakes (Scotland mixed with liurnia of the lakes(elden ring))
Lontana - mountainous and hilly region
eglis - wildflower meadows
Continent of Weverst contains:
rark - volcanoes and evil people (think Mordor)
Ravenshade - most powerful (think US under a good leader)
United Forests of celandra - elves
Federation of Dampfstadt - most developed and heavily armed (dawarves)
need some elven and dawarf city names as well as another kingdom is you would like
