Thats what happened with me.
I asked for it to be BlackBear and they issued a credit, they didn’t change it. Even if they ignored you it won’t check to hurt.
You got to the “my account” button, click it and then scroll down to the very bottom of the page.
Yep I’ve tried that. Every time I hit “save changes”, it resets and my name is the same
