i have just seen a picture of a kraken for D&D as a sort of fish with fins and instead of a tail they have long trailing tentacles. Honestly, if it weren’t for the fact that it also had fingernails, i would have been fine as it being a sort of Kraken that was descended from another that long ago used dark magic to make it more physically powerful, thus giving it the Tromokratis stat block from theros. I’m stealing it and removing the fingernails.
