Hey Dutch! I came up with a minor faction for the Lovecraft-Lite-Culinary world I'm building. They're called the Misfit Toys, and they are a group of "villains" living under a tavern, and while they do their best not to harm anybody, they are still criminals.
They use outdated tech (particularly sapient animatronics) to get their jobs done, and they scavenge parts from closed-down restaurants to upgrade their gear and companions.
They are barely a nuisance to most other factions, mostly due to having only about 5 non-mechanical members who can walk around in public without being instantly recognized, but they are still a band of individually powerful criminals working together to achieve their goals.
