A stream of consciousness writing of my Reborn character. Not great, or good, for that matter, but it was mildly entertaining to write.
The old magician had never loved the traditional arcane arts, so he instead had learned occult methods and illusions. He could astound and terrify with ease, but these skills were not appreciated by mundane folk. "Demonic," the called him. "Carnival Witch," he was named. They burned down the entire circus, with him trapped inside. His wounds could never be healed... but they could be fixed.
Ever since the fire, he has been repairing himself, angry at the world for tearing his new family away from him. All he had left were his crows and his dolls. The dolls were all destroyed, torn apart, and meshed with organs and sinew. The crows were retrained, taught thievery and violence. The murder knew him, and knew he was not one to fail to give rewards for a job well done.
With his troupe gone, Eduard had been left to rot, with only his crows to keep him company. They brought him candy and soda, as his new body ran on sugar. Fat, fat crows they were, swollen on the charred carrion of the magician's old friends. When this system of trade suddenly ceased to function, he was furious.
As much machine and animal as man, Eduard went to town, looking for the cause of the cessation of sweets. His inhuman body terrified the villagers, though he was not recognized as of yet. Eventually, he found that the town had been paying tribute to a gang, so they had no money for sweets. The magician whistled for his crows and took off. He had something to do with himself, and even better, he had a victim to vent his anger upon.
What followed was a horror too great to describe. Bodies lay on the floor, mangled by birds, grim magic, and unspeakable weaponry. The beast had taken his prey, and there were no survivors.
He came back a week later with a large bag of blood-spattered money, which he distributed amongst the townspeople. They realized that he meant them no harm, and even celebrated his defeat of the extortionists. He was confused. This town, the one that destroyed his life, that he was a parasite upon for months... they were celebrating him? He gave up trying to understand it, and decided to enjoy the ride. He had vented his anger, and he had always hated to hold grudges anyway.
Eduard Abattior was a "hero." He was loved like he was back in his carnival days. He may be a monster, but now he had a purpose.

I really like D&D, especially Ravenloft, Exandria and the Upside Down from Stranger Things. My pronouns are she/they (genderfae).
hey guys, it's me, Markell_Thrasher_704. I recently came out as transgender, and instead of changing my old account's name, I decided to make a new one. Anyone who wants to know more can PM on this acc, since I will not be using the old one for anything except maybe characters & the like that I can't transfer over.
Please note, my new name is Meredith, but you can call me Mary. I hope that this doesn't change people's opinions on me, as I am the same person you knew
If somebody won first in multiple challenges back to back, would you consider 'You aren't on fire, you are the fire' as a compliment or a 'rizz' statement?

i keep hearing the word ‘rizz,’ what does it actually mean?

I'm Hecate! I've got a lotta titles, and there's no way this sig space would hold them all lol
remember that my PMs are always open to anyone who needs someone to talk to, vent to, or just shout at, and i'll always respond relatively quickly
