So spend your hours on What you think I've done wrong I know I'm in your mind I've been here way too long I want to spend my life With those who've done me right Your heart is frozen over I'm a four-leaf clover
Great! I just thought of some really funny lore for my homebrew world.
Ooo, awesome
Wanna hear it?
Yes please
Waterfowl are thought to guide the souls of the dead to the afterlife, and people tell the future by counting and listening to waterfowl. Ducks are omens of tragedy, geese are omens of betrayal, and swans are omens of death. However, many lost travelers have been led out of forests or dangerous situations by these birds, and they often lead explorers to treasure. They do this because they were made to be guides, and they originate as the guides of one of the dark powers in the shadowfell, who was blind. Waterfowl also do not make echoes, as they are the only animals with no souls.
It’s on overture, it’s not much atm. I’m going to edit stuff into it if I think about it, but at the end of the day, it’s just a post. It does happen to be my 20,000th post too, if you count Forum games posts. I synced them so they’d land on the same post
