I am wroking on a big system called Weapon Arts and its a lot of works. It basically gives some classes (Ranger, Rogue, Monk, Fighter and Barbarian) the ability to make a special move once per short rest depending on what weapon type they're wielding. I hope with it to give martials a little bit of extra stuff, while also making weapon types more unique.

That sounds really impressive Klein.
I would definitely read it if you ever did a more detailed write up of Istar. Or your version of Ravenloft. Like, have any of the Thirteen ever been to Ravenloft? Or become Darklords?

I will definitely look into getting more Istar stories done haha. As to Ravenloft, I stole the name, but it's nothing like dnd ravenloft XD
This is what my Shadowfell is like:
Shadowfell
Shar and the Raven Queen are the two masters of the Shadowfell. Stuck in an eternal cold war between the two of them. As Shar seeks loss, While the Raven Queen seeks to collect and safekeep all memories and experiences in her gallery. But neither can make a move towards the other as a civil war would invite the undead lords (Acererak, Strahd and the Mummy Lord) to expand their undead barrens. Or invite a great rebellion from Quetzalcoatl in Xibalba. So they use the constant conflict in the Shadow Swamp between Mask and Chronepsis as a sort of proxy-war, with Shar supporting the lord of thieves and Raven Queen supporting the null dragon.
Undead Barrens
The undead Barrens is where the undead hordes live mindless lives, though among the intelligent undead three great cities were formed. The cities of Vampyris (ruled by Strahd), The Skeleton House (ruled by Acererak) and Guptha (ruled by the Mummy Lord). They are held back by the Hordebreaker mountains and the forces of Xibalba. The secret of the Mummy Lord is that it is actually Isis who rules through her dead husband Osiris.
Xibalba
Xibalba itself is the only place in shadowfell that still has luster. It is ruled by the great feathered serpent Quetzalcoatl, though recently he's being challenged by his old rival Tezcatlipoca.
Ravenloft
Ravenloft is the smallest domain, but the most powerful as it is the one that keeps the mists at bay. This is where the Raven Queen has her seat.
Lands of Shadar
The lands of Shadar are the home of the Shadar-kai and have been taken over by the presence of Shar, who took place as their queen by usurping the old ruler Anansi the Spider, who has retreated into Cheng's Fortress. The Cat Lord also lives here, occupying the Gracian Hook.
Sjardan
Sjardan is the domain of Gruumsh and the orcish gods, Gruumsh himself taking seat in Ters. Denya and Lukkia being subservient settlements led by Ilneval and Luthic respectively.
Shadow Swamp
Shadow Swamp is a land of war and monsters, though even in this chaos four lords have taken thrones. Mask rules the Shadow Keep on the other side of the Storm River from the Lands of Shadar, Chronepsis who rules the shadow dragons from his Mausoleum, Yomi-no-Kuni the land of Yokai lead by Izanami and the Sunken City where Dagon rules.
The Sea of Serpents
The Sea of Serpents is the domain of the Sea Serpents, which are the children of Jormungandr, who still lives in Materia. Jormungandr could not afford to have his children in the material plane as it could only sustain one great serpent, so he cast them into the Shadowfell. They are led by their grandfather Loki who was cast out of Asgard in the Heavens.
So spend your hours on What you think I've done wrong I know I'm in your mind I've been here way too long I want to spend my life With those who've done me right Your heart is frozen over I'm a four-leaf clover

I really like D&D, especially Ravenloft, Exandria and the Upside Down from Stranger Things. My pronouns are she/they (genderfae).
I just realized that the Undead Barrens is sort of similar to some of the Domains of Dread. I love the Mummy Lord’s secret.
Yay, I'm glad you like it :D Also the mists are somewhat like the mists of the domains of dread as well. Walking into them will probably get you lost and ended up in some domain of dread :P
