First making a book or something that gives player's ideas for their own homebrew. then maybe as a April fools idea a cook book for things like gelatinous cube.

I would get the team writing books about how to make your own homebrew settings and monsters and campaigns so it can guide newer DM's with no experience on the matter through it and they can end up with homebrew they enjoy and not a random mish-mash of cool ideas (like my homebrew, which is the most chaotic mixed-up stuff you'll ever find :D)
