Before I fill in for you, I have some questions:

Is Vilok Stormhowler Nalakakanu still able to fight/move around? Or is he one of those old people who doesn't really... move?

Does the advisory council of Kyo have necessarily evil intentions? I'm trying to pick up on what you're going for with them.

Does Watchtown only consist of Paladins and soldiers? Or can it function as a normal city/town as well?

Is Sandthorn only inhabited by Yuan-Ti, or do some Thri-kreen dwell there too?

Is mount Dragonbreath active? I'm pretty sure it it, but I couldn't find and reference to it being so.

When talking about the Triton straight, you say about "The sea of thieves." Can I have anymore details on that?

Would you be accepted in Kyo if you are not a Samurai?

When you talk about the different parts of the universe, is it intentional that Life+Harmony=rigid bureaucracy of evil fiends and Change+Oblivion=plane of good where everything goes to ascend beyond? If it is (Which I'm pretty sure it is, I don't think you'd make something like that a mistake) Then how do you want me to describe it if the characters ask why?

They do not have evil intentions, they're just trying to hold the city with an infirm emperor and naive child as heir.

It has normal town parts as well, it's not just military, but it is more heavily militarized than other cities.

Yuan-ti are the fast majority, other races do exist, but more as guests, merchants and embassies than actual residents.

Is mount Dragonbreath active? I'm pretty sure it it, but I couldn't find and reference to it being so.

When talking about the Triton straight, you say about "The sea of thieves." Can I have anymore details on that?

If the Triton Straight were closed, the only way for western cities to go to the east is traveling along the northern way through the Sea of Thieves where piracy is common.

Would you be accepted in Kyo if you are not a Samurai?

Of course, just like you'd be accepted in Watchtown as a non-paladin and in Allegoy as a non-knight. Samurai is just their main warrior class.

Yes, Selûne and Shar are both very old gods, though there are many gods older such as the Greater Gods, Second Pantheon, Ao and Azathoth
