Depends on what they'd have had access to- how primitive would these kobolds be? If they have metalwork and advanced woodcarving, we might be looking at the possibility of stringed instruments. There'd probably be brass horns if metalwork was widespread, if not, then probably woodwind stuff made of wood and bone. Pretty much every society would have some kind of drum
