A D&D session? I don't think we'd be lucky. You see Bob has a doctor appointment on Friday, Carol has to take her kids to a soccer game on Saturday, Leo has the family reunion on Sunday, Beth works Monday nights, Ken has date night with Sue on Tuesdays, Lisa plays BINGO on Wednesdays, and Thursday is just chock full with cooking for Gary.

Side note, thinking of beefing up a [monster]green hag[/spell] by giving her some more spellcasting.

Got a party of 4 lv 4s. And they might use some additional power utilities. So thinking that a beefed Green Hag with 2 lizardfolk could provide a nice challenge without creating a ton of NPCs for me to control. (In the last session, got a little tedious running 6 Redbrand Ruffians for the opening fight.

I went to a zoo and spent around 7 hours on trains because they kept getting delayed and now I’m tired.
I do feel motivated to make the witch class though. I just don’t know what the subclasses should be.
I hope the zoo was fun, even if the trains weren't. Try and get some rest when you can :)
Awesome! I'm sure you'll think of something, maybe you could base the subs off the kind of magic/abilities they use, a little like how the wizards ones are done? Just a thought

Maybe. Maybe I could base the subclasses off of different witches from mythology? Like baba Yaga

Baba Yaga for Slavic flair, Abigail Williams for the salem witch trial flair, Circe for that greek mythology flair.

also, I’m making the class half casters, but one subclass might be a full caster.
The Slavic Witch could serve as a nice baseline, Then you could have a Salem witch with a more clerical theme, a Seiðr type witch (nordic) for a more martial subclass. And then use Circe/Medea type for full caster :D

Baba Yaga is actually an archfey so this works perfectly. Didn’t she have a magic mortar and pestle?
I really like D&D, especially Ravenloft and Forgotten Realms. My pronouns are she/they.
