You know what is an awful experience? Being struck with such intense anxiety that only cat pics and talking to a special someone can calm you down. And on top of that, failing to calm down will result in a panic attack. >^<
I’ve only had them twice and they are a new experience for me.

Panic attacks are pretty similar, by definition they are a sudden overwhelming sense of anxiety. Baalze helped me through my first one by sending a pic of a sausage lol
