Not sure how to respond to this. I'm happy you like me, and I personally like you, but this is completely out of left field for me.
I'm not not interested in a relationship, but I'm just not sure how that would work. Like, I've never had any sort of romantic interaction before. Ever. At all. It's not that I'm uncomfortable with it, but I'm not experienced with it.
