you conjure a massive storm, centered on you. all area in a 1 mile cylinder that is 1 mile high centered on you is effected by the spell, except for a smaller, 15 foot, by 1 mile, cylinder centered on you, which is not effected by the spell. in area effected by the spell, there is high winds circling the unaffected cylinder, heavy rain, and lightning.
winds: when ever a creature enters the spells area for the first time (including when you cast the spell), or ends its turn the the effected area, they must make a strength saving throw, taking 5d6 bludgeoning damage, being knocked prone, and being pushed 20 feet in the direction the wind is going on a failed save, and taking half as mush damage, not being knocked prone, and not being pushed on a successful one. the save is made at a disadvantage if they are within 15 feet of the unaffected cylinder. additionally, the entire effected area if difficult terrain.
rain. the entire effected area of the spell is lightly obscured, all creature have a disadvantage on wisdom (perception) checks that rely on hearing, and all exposed flames are doused.
lightning. at the end of each of you turns, you can cause lightning to strike in up to 5 different places in the are effected by the spell. at the end of each of your turns, choose 5 points within the area effected by the spell. all creatures in a 10 foot cylinder centered on each of those points much make a dexterity saving throw, taking 3d10 lightning damage on a failed save, or half as much on a successful one. additionally, as an action on your turn, you can choose up to 2 points. each of those get struck with the same lighting as described above.
Tornadoes. occasionally, the hurricane can create tornadoes. at the end of each of your turns, their is a 11% chance that a tornado forms. (roll a d100. on a 1-11 it happens, on a roll of higher than 11 it does not.) when/if a tornado forms, it forms in a random spot, chosen by the DM, within 10 feet of an effected area. it lasts for 2d4 rounds. The tornado is a 10-foot-radius, 30-foot-high cylinder centered on the point chosen randomly by the DM. Until the tornado ends, you can use your bonus action to move the tornado up to 30 feet in any direction along the ground. The whirlwind sucks up any Medium or smaller objects that aren’t secured to anything and that aren’t worn or carried by anyone.
A creature must make a Dexterity saving throw the first time on a turn that it enters the tornado or that the tornado enters its space, including when the tornado first appears. A creature takes 8d6 bludgeoning damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one. In addition, a Large or smaller creature that fails the save must succeed on a Strength saving throw or become restrained in the tornado until the spell ends. When a creature starts its turn restrained by the tornado, the creature is pulled 5 feet higher inside it, unless the creature is at the top. A restrained creature moves with the tornado and falls when the tornado ends, unless the creature has some means to stay aloft.
A restrained creature can use an action to make a Strength or Dexterity check against your spell save DC. If successful, the creature is no longer restrained by the tornado and is hurled 3d6 × 10 feet away from it in a random direction.
the tornado ends early if the spell ends.

We... We kinda broke the immovable rod... It's not really my fault that I changed some glyphs to create it. Maybe I didn't use the right materials... Right now, it's just a staff.

Has anyone here pondered the possibility of the Mario world as a D&D setting sometimes? No? Just me?

All hail the great and mighty platypus.
Resisting is simply standing in front of the tide and pushing at it. Even if you endure at first, you will eventually break down. Adapting, by contrast, is turning into a fish.
