Reasoning is that the other options are all more like generic dark lord stuff. But IMO if you're using a creepy demon-child you may as well lean into it by ramping the dissonance between the image of a innocent youngster contrasted with demon lord.
So take things that a normal child would do, like wanting to play, and the put your demon-lord twist on it. "I hope you're a better playmate than the last one. He wouldn't pass the ball back." (tell the party about a guy still being impaled) etc.
