Apparently the official reasoning is that it starts easing kids into the school routine. But that feels like something more suited to a Wednesday start where you get a few days of consistent school before full weeks.
Hmm. The main reason my school does Wednesdays is because that’s the day you have all of your classes instead of just half of them. I don’t know what other schools do so I’m not sure if this is common or not.

I think my school is kind of big, and schedules are all over the place because it’s also an art school. It mostly depends on what classes you have for your schedule, because some classes are only on certain days and if you take them you need to be in some classes on another day because of it.
