Do you mind if get y’all’s opinion on my homebrew religion?
What is it?
It’s basically every object has a soul. Animals, plants, and everything else you can think of. However, for objects that can’t move on their own, ie everything that isn’t an animal, they have a divine form to express themselves, though most can’t manifest. The larger an object, the stronger the divine form.
This leads to three upper divinities. The soul of the Sun, soul of the Moon, and the soul of the Earth/Wilds. They are called different names across the world, but they are basically the same throughout.
Small detail too. If multiple objects are put together, their divine souls fuse to become singular and stronger. That includes tools, buildings, clothing, etc. This leads to the creation of local divinities, who are tied to a city or village and is worshipped primarily there.
I love that. Computers would basically be minor gods.
Sorry if I'm not your cup of tea. I'm not even my own cup of tea. I'm barely a cup and I don't even like tea. I'm more of a rusty bucket of haunted bog water. Sorry if I'm not your rusty bucket of haunted bog water.

I love haunted bog water. I like to go outside with my rusted, cheap, stamped-metal mug and get a cup every once in a while.

Not explicitly related to anythin' you just said Nolkiss, but even I don't like sweet tea, which is weird because I live in Oklahoma, which is a Southern state as well as a Midwestern one.

Hi there! My name's Elk. I'm NoiSilverheart's doppelgänger. I'm a demi/grayromantic, socially awkward Okie who may or may not be a pyromaniac. *random confetti blast*
I'm a warlock of the Archcrone, and my patron is TheFriendlyArchfey. I was nicknamed AchatesCervus8337 by VitusW and given the titles "Swashbuckling Scorcher", "The Unpredictable Jedi", "Burning Fury of the Ancients", and "Combustion Knight" by DrummerBoyDragonSlayer.
Have you or your loved ones consumed dihydrogen monoxide recently?
this colorless odorless fluid is semi-addictive, those who drink it can't live without it.
also known as hydroxyl acid, this is the main component of acid rain.

But wait, dihydrogen monoxide's chemical formula is written as H2O, which means it's just water!

My family's sweet tea is known as diabetes tea by our friends. My father is very generous with the sugar.

Do southern people like sweet tea?
I was pretty sure most people used some sweetener in tea, I definitely do
Unless sweet tea is like a very sweet type of tea or something like that and not a normal amount of sweetness

Southern sweet tea is not the same as normal tea. It is best drunk cold with ice and it is much sweeter than normal tea with sugar.
It is the nectar of the gods. Best enjoyed on a windswept front porch as the mobile air blows its ozone scent before the roiling clouds of an electrically charged storm.
My family has started a tradition where we watch a scary movie on Thanksgiving. This year we are watching Sixth Sense by one of my favorite movie directors. This will also be possibly my last Thanksgiving I celebrate in a while because I'm moving to Scotland for at least two years and they don't celebrate it there.

Well Thanksgiving took a while to be a regular thing in the US. IIRC wasn't until after the Civil War. (Could be wrong.)
And Boxing Day was for the servants that had to work on Christmas.
