So, DnD campaigns. You probably know them and how they work. One person controls each character, typically a small select group having control over the story.
But what if that was just
Not the case?
Imagine a solo campaign, and by solo I mean one character that anyone on the forums can take actions for. Or there'd be a party of 4, and once someone joins the campaign they choose which party member to inhabit for the rest of that campaign. Like 4 different factions but instead it's just 4 people with who knows how many different voices in their head. Either one works, I'm not sure which one to go with.
Decisions would be made using either first come first serve, or a vote system. (It'd be either always a vote, or votes only for important decisions and combat stuff) Vote ties would simply be settled with a dice roll (d2 for 2 way tie, d3 for 3 way tie, etc)
The adventurer(s) themself/themselves would also be the work of many different people, also using a vote process for each detail.
Also co-DMs would definitely be needed because no way I'd ever run this solo.
