Alexander hesitates for a long while before trying to sneak forwards. He attempts to follow the same path that Angelino did, assuming that the bushes would be enough to hide his armor.
I cast silence on the area where the guards are and try to sneak through without being seen.... I don't know if you'd call that advantage or no, so here are my rolls with and without it, in that order: 15, 7
Edit: sigh... I really hope you count that as being with advantage....
I signal to Alexander to come over while the silence lasts, because once I go through the door, I assume the spell will end like before? I'm also hiding, by the way (Stealth [with the +10] check to hide: 19)

Alexander can add a d8 to the stealth if Harmony is allowed to inspire someone while on the other side. (Silently mouthing ‘go Alexander! You can do it! Yay!’ and giving him a thumbs up)
Alexander pushes himself up out of the mud, giving Harmony a weak smile. Then he tries again, creeping forward and trying to stay low rather than quiet since his noise is cloaked by magic.

You slowly creep forward, dodging behind a bush whenever the guards turn in your direction. You end up just behind them, with the others. Harmony is the only one left at the start now I believe.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Thoruk will pick up Alexander, as quietly as possible, and then sneak through the door with him. This is his best way of helping. (he has S18 so can carry 270lbs all the time, so a paladin should be easy enough for a few paces!)
Rolling with disadvantage for carrying alexander and +10 for silence still going!
You pick up Alexander with surprising ease, given his heavy armour, and sneak over to the door with him. As soon as you step inside, you realise that the guards were ducks! You and Alexander can now do the same things as Kay and Ameros. You can throw pebbles, use thaumaturgy, and use ONE of your character’s abilities/spells.

I had suspected that, due to their ease at killing people, they were ducks - which is why I elected to sneak instead of rage!
Thoruk will attempt to provide bardic inspiration, like Harmony does, for the others. Thoruk is not a bard - it is probably for the best that Silence is still in effect.
Who all is left behind the armor? Harmony will inspire one of them.
Only spilt the party if you see something shiny.

Edit: Ah well, I saw that one coming.
You try to sneak, but it sounds more like a marching band. The guards instantly spot you and shoot you. You die.
You fall from the sky and land at the beginning of the courtyard with the others. Your face and clothes are covered in mud.
Mendigo— Leader and only individual organism of the Jerry Hive. Used to play him in DM Training Ground—You are in a Room. It’s really fun— go check it out!

Just flat minds in a flat world with flat dreams. Boooooring. Who wants to cause some chaos?

Don’t worry, you get +10 luckily as they can’t hear you.
You sneak from bush to bush, and end up behind the guards.

Oh, then everyone is just behind the guards.

Somehow Thoruk manages to inspire the others, chanting “Go on guys! You can do it! Sneak past the Ducks!”
