Wondering what sources there are that effectively expand the spell list for any class. There are subclasses to each casting class that expand their spell list like the divine soul sorcerer, but looking for something more general. Things like strixhaven schools and ravnica guilds have spells that become part of every classes spell list you have. Can you think of any other sources like that? Bonus points if you can get shield, comprehend languages or magic missile to become druid spells.
I think you're mostly in the realm of homebrew there. There aren't too many options that add spells to class lists. Bard Magical Secrets and specific sub classes are about it, really.
You can get some of those spells in some ways onto a druid, but not as druid spells. Comprehend Languages, Shield, and Magic Missile are all wizard spells, so you could choose one from that feat. or just take a level of wizard.
There's some feats that can do it. Well they can kind of do it. Like fey touched/shadow touched/strixhaven initiate, which explicitly adds the spells to your list. Or things like magic initiate or ritual caster, which allow you limited access, at least.
Tasha's has a number of optional spells for each class so using that option rule expands the spell list for each class, though you have possibly already done that.
Technically any new book with new spells expands the spell lists.

Wait, which do you want? Because you've badly mischaracterized the Strixhaven Initiate feat in a way that might matter.
The SI feat gives you spells that can be cast from any slots you have, but the spells are not added to your class's lists (better for a know-caster, worse for a prep-caster that has class or subclass abilities that only work on class spells). The Ravnica backgrounds do modify your lists, but don't teach you the spells (which is immaterial for a preparation caster, but less useful for a know-caster). Markedly different.
If you're asking because you're working on a druid, you probably want the latter behavior, which is extremely rare and hard to get. The only examples I know of are the Ravnica backgrounds, the Dragonmark races, and using a subclass to modify your spell lists. I don't think I've ever seen a feat do it. It's much easier to get your hands on spells you can cast from slots.
Shield: Mark of Sentinel Human
Comprehend Languages: Mark of Scribing Gnome, but it's deeply weird if you need this as a class spell, because ordinarily you would just ritual cast it and there are other ways to get this ritually cast.
Magic Missile: So far as I know, it's flat-out impossible to get this onto your Druid spell list.
If all you want is to be able to cast the spells from your slots, that's a lot easier and there are myriad ways to do it. If you only want to be able to cast them, that's even easier in the case of comprehend languages, thanks to the ritual tag.
Thanks, in-depth answer. Was looking mainly for a way to get magic missile on class list for a class feature interaction, good to know other people are having a hard time finding a way.

As far as getting magic missile as a class spell (so features interact with it) that can't normally have it, I don't see any official options.
If you just need to know/cast the spell, that is easy.

Basically you want spells you can cast from your slots regardless of class. That pretty much leaves the options:
Tasha's has a number of optional spells for each class so using that option rule expands the spell list for each class, though you have possibly already done that.
Technically any new book with new spells expands the spell lists.
