so I was looking at ice trolls from rime of the frostmaiden for my game, and I saw their heart feature just beneath it, I was wondering if there are any other items like it?

I honestly wish more monsters had stuff like this.

Giant fire beetles have glands you can harvest.

I was just looking for more stuff and theoretically the bones collected by a Berbalang could be considered very valuable loot.
