Here are the free Basic Rules & SRD, it’s all you really need to play D&D: (https://www.dndbeyond.com/sources/basic-rules). Everything else is either expanded rules, optional rules, or additional options for players to use for their characters.

1. Respect the DM. They`re just human.
2. Respect the Party. Don`t be a murder hobo or meta-gamer.
3. Please don`t have the Horizontal Mumbo Jumbo with the BBEG. No-one thinks its funny.
4. Have fun.
In seriousness, I don`t think they are any rules other than gameplay, and I don`t have enough space to right out all D&D rules known to man.
