One of the innate abilities of a Pseudodragon is Limited Telepathy. The pseudodragon can magically communicate simple ideas, emotions, and images telepathically with any creature within 100 feet of it that can understand a language.
If I were to cast Darkness on an ally, say they were being focus by Archers and I wanted to protect them, could my familiar put an image of the Archers in my ally's mind of where on the battlefield the Archers are so Darkness does not impose disadvantage on my ally's attacks?
It can give the general direction of the enemy, which is already known from hearing, and does not assist with visual aiming, depth perception etc. Their telepathy is about language not a magical aiming and tracking system.
Basically, you can't use your 1st level spell Familiar to bypass 2nd level magical darkness. Familiars are powerful enough, let's not make them walking cheat codes.

Yes your pseudodragon can do that.
No it will not offset the disadvantage.
