So what's the difference between these two versions of the spell? Also along with other spells that are "Someone's Name spell" vs "Regular spell without a person's name"
There's been some effort to rebrand some of the spells named after specific characters to have more generic names. Leomund's Tiny Hut gets renamed to Tiny Hut... Bigby's Hand becomes just Arcane Hand... they're literally the same spell you just get to avoid the question of "Who the heck is Leomund?"
They are identical in every way. The free SRD strips the names out of these spells. It's the same spell. It's the same with Tasha's Hideous Laughter, Melf's Acid Arrow, etc.
Pick the one you like better because they are the same.
Tiny Hut is the version that is included in the free open gaming license (OGL) 5e System Reference Document (SRD). It contains the entire game, but any "Product Identity" has been removed.
The following items are designated Product Identity, as defined in Section 1(e) of the Open Game License Version 1.0a, and are subject to the conditions set forth in Section 7 of the OGL, and are not Open Content: Dungeons & Dragons, D&D, Player’s Handbook, Dungeon Master, Monster Manual, d20 System, Wizards of the Coast, d20 (when used as a trademark), Forgotten Realms, Faerûn, proper names (including those used in the names of spells or items), places, Underdark, Red Wizard of Thay, the City of Union, Heroic Domains of Ysgard, EverChanging Chaos of Limbo, Windswept Depths of Pandemonium, Infinite Layers of the Abyss, Tarterian Depths of Carceri, Gray Waste of Hades, Bleak Eternity of Gehenna, Nine Hells of Baator, Infernal Battlefield of Acheron, Clockwork Nirvana of Mechanus, Peaceable Kingdoms of Arcadia, Seven Mounting Heavens of Celestia, Twin Paradises of Bytopia, Blessed Fields of Elysium, Wilderness of the Beastlands, Olympian Glades of Arborea, Concordant Domain of the Outlands, Sigil, Lady of Pain, Book of Exalted Deeds, Book of Vile Darkness, beholder, gauth, carrion crawler, tanar’ri, baatezu, displacer beast, githyanki, githzerai, mind flayer, illithid, umber hulk, yuan-ti.
If you haven't purchased the PHB on dndbeyond, then you should see a difference between Leomund's tiny hut vs tiny hut. If you have purchased the PHB, try logging out to see the difference.
Other differences between the 5e SRD and the "full" game are that each class only has one included subclass, some monsters and magic items have been removed (I think), and there are no rules for character creation. The character creation rules are included in the D&D Basic Rules, so it really only affects content creators.
So the difference between a "Named" spell and its generic version is the Named has some lore behind the name it?
That's pretty much it. A lot of them are actually named after Gygax's friends who he played with when first creating the game. The one that's funniest to me is the Melf (from Melf's Acid Arrow), which is literally just short for "Male Elf", since he had one friend who was really uncreative with character names.

I think Melf was his kid. None of them were great with names. Zagyg is almost-Gygax spelled backwards, and Drawmij (of the Instant Summons) is just Jim Ward backwards.
Mordenkainen (probably spelled wrong) was a good name. I think that was Gary’s character, wasn’t it. Probably why he hot so many spells: magnificent mansion, faithful hound, disjunction that I remember off the top of my head. And I’d even throw in tenser and bigby as good names.

True. I should have said "early on, none of them were great with names."
I always just assumed it was a variation on Lemminkäinen from the Kalevala of Finnish folklore.
"Not all those who wander are lost"
It could have been, but I think it was Gary’s wizard, or magic user since it was pre-1e
