The artificer's magic item savant feature states that they ignore all class, race, spell and level requirements related to attuning to or using a magic item, and a bunch of the new class-exclusive items in Tasha's cauldron have very specific spell requirements. For example, on the alchemical compendium, it says: "While you are holding the book, you can use it as a spellcasting focus for your wizard spells." There are a bunch of items like this, some boosting your spell attack rolls and save dc's, but only for spells of a specific class mentioned in the item. Does the artificer's magic item savant make them able to use those functions for their artificer spells instead of the spells of the class mentioned in these items?
The feature lets you bypass attunement requirements, and requirements for using a magic item.
If the item only effects certain things, that is not covered in the above as that is not a requirement for using the magic item, just the only thing the magic item will effect.
If the Artificer in question also had, say, the Magic Initiate or Spell Sniper feat and had chosen the Wizard spell list for either of them, then that particular Magic Item would apply to those specific spells.

To elaborate on this: The feature lets the artificer attune and/or use the item, but does not change what the item does.
What most of these wizard items do includes: "... The following spells...are wizard spells for you." While you don't have the class features to utilize it as a spellbook, if you have listed spells prepared as an artificer, I would say the magic item can also treat them as wizard spells for its other effects.

For me, and I believe RAW, the answer is no.
