Edit: TLDR; Hex and Bestow Curse act as modifiers to each Eldritch Blast Ray - NOT as individual sources of damage. Therefore, the Proficiency Bonus from Hexblade's Curse applies once, to the 1d10+1d8+1d6 Damage Roll.
The RAW of Hexblade's Curse is:
You gain a bonus to damage rolls against the cursed target. The bonus equals your proficiency bonus.
Which means you can add that bonus to every sources damage roll.
So, if you can manage to HB Curse, then Bestow Curse, then Hex an enemy - EACH RAY of Eldritch Blast amounts to the following:
1d10 + Prof + CHA + (1d6 + Prof) + (1d8 + Prof)
Now, add quickened spell into the mix?... *Chef's Kiss*
And you can’t cast both bestow curse and hex, they’re both concentration spells.
Not entirely true. Bestow Curse is not a concentration spell if you upcast it to 5th level.
But I do find it to be extremely unlikely to set this up, it takes 3 rounds. Most likely you could kill the victim in 3 rounds, rather than time casting HexBlade's curse, Bestow Curse, and Hex.

Round1 - 1A for Bestow Curse then, 1BA for Hexblade's Curse
Yes, it is not +PB per damage die, it is for the complete roll including all added bonus damage.
I get your point for something like Fireball. But, I didn't say per damage die, I said per source. Each effect is it's own damage roll...
By that logic you would also apply hex and curse to each instance again, including again the PB dmg bonus and trigger again hex and curse for that extra damage...
Combat rules only know one damage roll per attack (inclduing any modifiers and extra damage instances).

You know, I see that now. I've been analyzing the Hex and Bestow Curse wording some more. And you're exactly right about each spell would then modify each of the others and it would create an endless feedback loop of damage buffs...
Hex says:
... you deal an extra 1d6 necrotic damage to the target whenever you hit it with an attack.
Bestow Curse says:
... your attacks and spells deal an extra 1d8 necrotic damage to the target.
These spells don't do damage of their own, they simply increase the power of each EB Ray. Each EB Ray is still the one and only source of all of these damage rolls.
Instead it's like this: (1d10+1d8+1d6) + Prof + CHA

I am curious, what do you think the damage would be if the Eldritch Blast was a critical hit?
This is a good point. With my initial logic, only the 1d10 would be rolled twice, because the Hex and Bestow Curse would be separate sources that the Crit doesn't apply to.
But when accurately reading each spell the Eldritch Blast is still the only source of all the damage dice, and therefore, all the dice are rolled twice, but the Prof only applies once.
And you can’t cast both bestow curse and hex, they’re both concentration spells.
But, indeed you can. Take another look.
I took another look. They're still both concentration spells, and the same caster can't have them both active at the same time
EDIT: I stand corrected, although why you'd waste the upcast on the damage option I have no idea
Warlocks don’t typically have the option of not upcasting, remember. By 9th level, all their spell slots are 5th level slots.
I was commenting on the other options, like 'WIS save each turn or you lose your action' or 'disadvantage on DEX saves against everyone else's fireballs', being better than the extra damage

No, there is only one damage roll (per blast/ray) so you'll only add prof bonus once.
