i would personally be cayde-6 from the destiny series. He would be a war forged warlock (celestial patron) with a level in bard. All of his attack spells would be reflavored as glowing guns/throwing knives.

I watch. I wait. I listen. I like roleplaying games. Avid fan of messed up homebrew and horror rpgs. Lancer>dnd5e, go read Kill Six Billion Demons. I will shoot you with my transgenderification beam pew pew
I feel like a person could legitimately do a Joseph Joestar build by doing Mastermind/Sun Soul. I would either do Variant human and get the Lucky feat or be a halfling and be Smolseph Smolstar.
Roger Wilco. Human Monk, Way of the Drunken Master, STR/CON/INT dump stats, DEX/WIS max, CHA middling, possibly Variant Human with Lucky feat, creative but stupid, has the Luck of the Fools.
(My pop culture began a long time ago in this galaxy right here.)
Human. Male. Possibly. Don't be a divider. My characters' backgrounds are written like instruction manuals rather than stories. My opinion and preferences don't mean you're wrong. I am 99.7603% convinced that the digital dice are messing with me. I roll high when nobody's looking and low when anyone else can see.🎲 “It's a bit early to be thinking about an epitaph. No?” will be my epitaph.
I'd play Frank Reynolds from It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia as a Satyr Bard. Like Frank there is a large persuasion buff Bards get, Frank also tends to sleep around, and comes up with stupid ideas that somehow always turn out well in the end. Vicious Mockery is pretty much like Frank dissing everyone anyway. I'd go for a Crossbow as a weapon, Frank's guns, but has a dagger as well for his toes.
I plan to use him for an upcoming Descent into Avernus campaign.
I'm in a Marvel Avengers game right now where I'm playing as Clint Barton. This is the Hawkeye from the Matt Fraction/David Aja comic run. https://ddb.ac/characters/26669365/NslWyv
He's a variant human Arcane Archer Fighter with a dip in Rogue, and Observant and Sharpshooter. And of course he's got an animal companion...a dog named Lucky (aka Pizza Dog). Sadly my poor rolls means even Hawkeye sometimes misses, but with Curving Shot I just claim it was on purpose and it hits something else!
A Belmont from Castlevania. Dont know why, but I'd love to play a Belmont for Curse of Strahd.
Friend of mine essentially did this with his human ranger he played last year in an undead-themed game. He wielded whips and everything. Except instead of being named Trevor Belmont his name was Hector Diversey. (Da real Chicagoans understand that joke.)

Kratos, God of War (2018). I've seen lots of build of this guy, but I think Zealot Hexblade probably (as opposed to the Berzerker Tempest Cleric that's the most commonly accepted for the original dude).

I know there was a thread somewhere on here about making him as a pc. I think one of the versions was a Kensei monk with some rogue, but I can't remember the subclass.

"I have found the answer to the meaning of life. You ask me what the answer is? You already know what the answer to life is. You fear it more than the strike of a viper, the ravages of disease, the ire of a lover. The answer is always death. But death is a gentle mistress with a sweet embrace, and you owe her a debt of restitution. Life is not a gift, it is a loan."
I tried making a Belmont once. (Beaumont) It was a mix of bloodhunter and rouge. Added magic initiate with druid spells to reflavor thorn whip...its literally a magical whip.
If I tried to remake Beaumont I'd go ranger/rouge. 2020 bloodhunter doesnt do it for me.
I'd play Anakin Skywalker using a human Eldritch Knight or a Paladin. The combat abilities of a fighter would reflect that of a Jedi with the spell casting of an Eldritch Knight acting as the Force. A paladin has the religious and moral aspects of the Jedi Order though Anakin never was great at following that code. The paladin is a sword fighter and magic user just like a Jedi. So either those routes would work, but Paladin might be my way to go.

the knight from hollow knight, a mute thri-kreen fighter with a very small level in wizard for his spells
The legendary Chips Dubbo from the Halo series. Probably do a fighter based around ranged combat, so maybe Arcane Archer.
Characters: Lar-Dun Vanthaft - Human Warlock - Yawning Portal with Artymis, Moril - Tiefling Sorcerer - Dragondenn's Dragonlords, Paquinal Dalanthan - Eladrin Wizard - ShadowThorn's Out of the Abyss
Campaigns: Rod of Nankon, Darkness Reborn, Dungeonverse, Alycron - A Cosmic Horror West Marches (Co-DMing), One-on-Ones
How has no one said Link from The Legend of Zelda? He would probably be a fighter or a ranger. Also, the gear he has would be important too.

Iron man. War forged sorcerer. Boom!
Murder Hobo Help (a great place for new dm's to get help with murderhobos and a great place to share how you've delt with murderhobos)
Nah. He's more of an artificer armourer.
