So... i am makeing a hypothetical fighter buld with magic, but onely through feats and Race; i am trying to archeve the max. ammount of magic possible for this. Parts i have found yet are:
Wood Elves and the Wood Elf Magic feat. Tieflings get Magic’s and have feats too. The Aberrant Dragonmark feat from E:RftLW can also add some spell use. And if you follow the link in my sigline below to my home brewed feats you will find some stuff in there that might interest you as well.
Warcaster and spell sniper don’t give you magic so much as make it more effective. If your DM will allow, you could maybe take magic initiate more than once, choosing a different class each time. Ditto ritual caster. And aberrant dragonmark, as sposta said, should really be on the list. It’s like magic initiate, but you also get a +1 to con, and use con as your casting stat, so great for fighters.

High elves get a bonus cantrip of their choice to start with, nothing to sneeze at.. Wood elves get the pretty excellent Wood Elf Magic. If you have Volo's Guide to DM Headaches, you have half a million tieflings that let you practically pick your starter spells.
Assuming an actual fighter-class character, which you'll need for all this fest-based magic? Hm.
Start high elf (+1 cantrip). Take Magic Initiate: Wizard (+2 cantrips, +1 1st-level spell). Take Aberrant Dragonmark (+1 cantrip, +1 1st-level spell). Take Ritual Caster: Wizard (+2 ritual spells, ability to gain more). If you're not suffering the need for actual stats yet, you can also take Spell Sniper: Wizard (+1 cantrip). The four of those with High Elf nets you five cantrips, two once-a-day first-level spells, and two ritual spells plus however many more you can shove in the book, all without dipping a single toe into a casty class. And unlike drow, those are all spells of your choice within the limitations of the given feat.
Is it good? Probably not. But it's a surprising pile of magic for a character with no formal magical training.

Two corrections: High Elf is a bonus Wizard cantrip, which was neglected to be said.
Second, the tiefling variants are in Mordenkainen's Tome of Foes. I think I made the same mistake when I was researching an option for someone who was wanting a tiefling.
Building on the idea, a dex based character would probably be best since that would mesh well with the high elf racial stats. Since the fighter is going to probably have a decent intelligence score grab History as one of your skills and get Arcana through a background. Perception is a given for elves. You've still got some decent options for fighter skills plus whatever else you get from your background (Sage gets both Arcana and History). Go Archery or dueling fighting style, depending on whether you want to be ranged or melee. Have one of your cantrips be either Booming Blade or Green Flame Blade. I'd probably take no more than 1 other attack cantrip. Take Prestidigitation and then something like Minor Illusion plus another utility cantrip or two.
Fey Teleportation (the High Elf equivalent of Wood Elf Magic) gives +1 to Intelligence, the Sylvan language, and Misty Step once per rest (short or long). And would be a good fit thematically for the build.
A great alternative to Sage background (assuming that your DM lets you replace a skill proficiency from your background if you choose it as one of your class skills) would be Noble, since that would explain why you've had the resources to train as a fighter while also having enough free time to dabble in magic on the side.

Spell Sniper gets you an extra cantrip.
DICE FALL, EVERYONE ROCKS!
I stand corrected.
