level 16 feat - resilient (+1 str for modifier boost, and extra weight carrying capacity I guess.)
level 19 feat - warcaster
I know many might say to warcaster first, but I want the extra spells with magic initiate and ritual caster that also help out and feel fun sooner than later. I want Wis next to give me more spells to have fun with, then resilient because I think it is better than warcaster by this point in the game. Warcaster will top off my concentration focus and give some additional perks.
I am newer to dnd but have done research, although nothing specifically this.

If you aren't going to be a brawler, what are you hoping to accomplish by getting your strength modifier increased and gaining proficiency in strength checks? I would think from your description that either dexterity or constitution would be better for proficiency saves, though neither would get a modifier bonus from the feat. A +2 con would give you an additional HP for every level retroactively and going forward and increase your con saves (including concentration checks) to +4. A +2 dex would give a +1 to initiative, could increase your AC (but probably won't since you'll either be going Chain Mail or dropping into Medium Armor for Half Plate for the superior AC) and increase your dex saves. If you are going strength to get a better AC, you would have to go +2 to get to 15 for anything better than Chain Mail.
Otherwise, I'd look at other feats, perhaps Spell Sniper or something else that tickles your fancy. Do keep in mind that many campaigns end before 20 and things change between level 1 and level 20 (or the end of the campaign) and you may decide that what you planned won't work as well as you hoped for the actual campaign.
Finally, your proposed plan may actually make more sense for your character. If your reason for getting resilient (strength) is more than just getting a modifier boost (for what doesn't sound like an important stat for your character, unless the saves are needed because you are getting grappled all the time) and increasing carrying capacity that may or may not be a factor in your game), then it could turn out to be good for you.
You may want to consider taking Shillelagh or Primal Savagery with one of your druid cantrips for a melee attack in case you run into someone who resists either your Toll the Dead or Sacred Flame regularly. If there is a ranged Druid attack that you like better, it would be a better option if you can keep your distance, since your save or suck cleric cantrips work fine in melee. Druid has plenty of utility cantrips that could be interesting with your second choice.
I think goodberry sounds cooler than it is, imo. While it can be useful at low levels, it’s efficiency doesn’t scale very well. And with life domain, you’ll be laying down plenty of heals with just your spell slots.
Same with a familiar. I know they can be fun and useful, but there’s also the 10 gp you need to come up with every time they die so you can, basically look around corners, which is the rogue’s job anyway.
Warcaster (I’m one of those who would say you should take that first), on the other hand, is very useful at low levels, when you are trying to maintain the bless you just put on the party and you con save is pretty low, advantage will be key. And if you are focusing on spells instead of fighting, using a spell for opportunity attacks will make you much more effective.
Getting str to 14 really won’t do anything for you, especially that late in the game. An asi, to get it to 15 to wear heavy armor without penalty, however, might be good.
Wisdom ASI, particularly for a caster focus, are always a high priority choice.
Choosing in 5e Variant Human race and Cleric Life Domain Class.
Starting 16 Wis and 16 Con with bonuses applied as well as 14 Dex, 13 Str, 13 Cha, and 12 Int.
I am a spell focused caster, not brawler. So Wis is main focus and Con next.
I want to do:
starting feat - Magic Initiate "Druid" (Mainly wanting goodberries to combo with life domain.)
level 4 feat - ritual caster "wizard" (Mainly for Find Familiar)
level 8 asi - Wis
level 12 asi - Wis
level 16 feat - resilient (+1 str for modifier boost, and extra weight carrying capacity I guess.)
level 19 feat - warcaster

Grappling uses Str Checks, not Str Saves.

That's true and makes resilient (str) less attractive for grappling than something like prodigy.

I read resilient incorrectly. I thought you could +1 an ability and get saving in an ability, without them being the same ability score.
So my resilient would be constitution for the saves.
Yeah, the War Caster thing...
If you are really going to be invested in healing, you are going to be using Beacon of Hope until 17th level.
I wouldn't take any of the feats you mention but, to each his own. I did take Magic Initiate: Wizard for Shield as, a dead Cleric casts no heals.
I would go for Half-Plate plus your Dex bonus instead of adding Str for heavy armor.
