"I have found the answer to the meaning of life. You ask me what the answer is? You already know what the answer to life is. You fear it more than the strike of a viper, the ravages of disease, the ire of a lover. The answer is always death. But death is a gentle mistress with a sweet embrace, and you owe her a debt of restitution. Life is not a gift, it is a loan."
Nope... the original question had to do with the Hexblade Hex Warrior ability, I wanted to know if the versital weapons were included in the non- two-handed weapon restriction, but then I saw that if the weapon is my pact blade then it doesn't matter what type of weapon it is. But i guess it would still be good to know if versital is restricted because you are able to wield it two-handed
At 1st level, you acquire the training necessary to effectively arm yourself for battle. You gain proficiency with medium armor, shields, and martial weapons.
The influence of your patron also allows you to mystically channel your will through a particular weapon. Whenever you finish a long rest, you can touch one weapon that you are proficient with and that lacks the two-handed property. When you attack with that weapon, you can use your Charisma modifier, instead of Strength or Dexterity, for the attack and damage rolls. This benefit lasts until you finish a long rest. If you later gain the Pact of the Blade feature, this benefit extends to every pact weapon you conjure with that feature, no matter the weapon’s type.
You can use two-handed weapons as a warlock pact blade.

Warlocks are able to bond with a magic weapon as long as it isnt two-handed. It isnt very clear on versital weapons though. Any insite to this?

Hex Warrior cares about the weapon properties, not how you use the weapon. The versatile property isn't the two-handed property.
That's what I thought... thank you
