The blade Singer Arcane Tradition (from SCAG) says while in the blade song "you gain a bonus to your AC equal to your intelligence modifier (minimum of +1)" I'm assuming that like most other AC calculations this can not be stacked with anything else ...
so the parties wizard currently has a +3 to dex and +3 to intelligence. Am i correct in assuming the calculation would yield 16 AC while blade singing? or is this suggesting that AC would simply be 10 + intelligence (replacing dex)?
Mage armor increases the 10 to a 13 ... would that still work because of the fact they are not wearing armor (the criteria for mage armor) ? making the 16 to a 19?
AC calculations never combine in any way with each other, so for example a monk's unarmored defense and the mage armor spell don't combine in any way, you select which one you wish to use (usually the one that elicits the better AC).
Any bonus to armor class, such as the shield of faith spell, blade singer's blade song etc, will always add its bonus - the only restriction is that you can't stack bonuses from the same source or sources with the same name (so you can't benefit from multiple shield of faith spells cast on you).
So does that mean a wizard with +5 to dex, wisdom, and intelligence. who is multi classed Blade singing wizard and monk could have a 25 AC while blade singing ?
im the DM, but one of my players rolled 3x 18 on stats and is currently a blade singer wizard ... she wants to multiclass into monk (path of the kensai) so its actually possible i could run into this issue .... bring on the saving throws i guess ... otherwise i kill the rest of hte party trying to bring her down lol.
One of the top rules for a DM: Let your players be awesome at the things they are awesome at. Then, occasionally throw things at them that purposefully, and often exploit their weakness, to give them a challenge that forces them to be creative (or gives another player a big ol' spotlight).

Bonuses do stack always.
+3 to dex and +3 to intelligence yield to AC16.
With mage armor, that becomes 19.
What about with lets say a monks Unarmored defense .... does she now get to add her wisdom modifier in ?
Unarmored Defense is an AC calculation: "...your AC equals...". The rules explicitly say when something is a bonus to your AC.
