Actions
Multiattack. The elemental makes two slam attacks.

Radiance Burst (Recharge 4–6). Each creature within 5 feet of the elemental must make a DC 13 Constitution saving throw. On a failure, a target takes 15 (3d8 + 2) radiant damage and is blinded.
If the saving throw is successful, the target takes half the radiant damage and isn't blinded.
Description
