Well, the new Godzilla X Kong movie is coming out, and here we have King Kong's stats. I would make its int 8, though.

I tend to lean a little bit more towards “mutation” whenever using transmutation spells…so while an actual Giant Ape is pretty sweet; I like to imagine that my Wizard simply “hulks out” and becomes a bizarre, muscle-bound brute.

Homebrewed a flaming corrupted version of this. Corrupted Giant Ape. 

A player using polymorph to turn into a giant ape will still have 7 intelligence, smart enough to employ gorilla tactics.

Yeah, I'm in One Piece Themed campaing and my devil fruit allows me to become this thing once a day.

Love polymorphing myself into this. At the table right now and turned my sorcerer into one to grab a large crustation type of creature and ripped it's arms off to kill it 😂

Enlarge/Reduce and Polymorph both require Concentration, so you'd need two spellcasters, but still. This means you can just do Godzilla Vs Kong.

I just defeated an ancient dragon by using my contingency to polymorph into one of these and punch it to death. Yes the party had softened it up a lot first. Yes it was a desperation move when the dragon got all up into my grill and my frail little wizard body wasn't going to cut it. But it worked. 

King kong vs godzilla, eat your heart out.
