Multiattack. The tyrannosaurus makes two attacks: one with its bite and one with its tail. It can't make both attacks against the same target.
Bite. Melee Weapon Attack: +10 to hit, reach 10 ft., one target. Hit: 33 (4d12 + 7) piercing damage. If the target is a Medium or smaller creature, it is grappled (escape DC 17). Until this grapple ends, the target is restrained, and the tyrannosaurus can't bite another target.
Tail. Melee Weapon Attack: +10 to hit, reach 10 ft., one target. Hit: 20 (3d8 + 7) bludgeoning damage.
Description
This enormous predatory dinosaur terrorizes all other creatures in its territory. It chases anything it thinks it can eat, and there are few creatures it won’t try to devour whole.
Dino’s in Tomb of Annihilation, right?
Bye bye dragon
It hurts me so much they used an Allosaurus for the art.
The 9th level spell Shapechange can let you become any creature with a CR equal to your player level or lower. So a Druid can turn into a T. rex
dont Allosaurus have horns? I remember doing a report on one in 2nd grade
In my friends campaign we are level 8 and we are going against a young green dragon. Our warlock is about to earthbind it, then our artificer is going to polymorph me into a T-Rex, and then our druid is going to suggestion me to attack the dragon.
I got a polymorphed T-Rex character decapitated by a vorpal sword. I don’t know what the official ruling should be but my dm let me live.
The picture is of a hilariously outdated allosaurus with broken wrists.
Had 4 health left. Turned into this and easily destroyed the dragon
They can go up to ten not six it is half of the Druid level
Primevil Druid level 1

My thoughts as well! 3-fingers per hand?
And the eyebrow protrusions as well
Resistant to poison
Hmm I think there's an undead version of the t-rex in tomb of annihilation, I feel like dinos aren't used as much and are under rated, I'm sure there could be a medieval "Jurassic Park" of sorts or maybe some gladiator arena that forces you or your party to fight different dinosaurs. I'll definitely use dinos in my campaigns, I also downloaded sound effects for them haha. So y'all who would win, a t-rex or a young white dragon? I feel that a t-rex would be larger and have less attacks than a young white dragon, their about the same cr though. Would be cool to see a t-rex fight a young white dragon.
hmm you know i am one of the players
I think I might have this in my campiagn
