Azathoth is the Greatest God, who rules all infinity from his throne at the center of chaos. His body is composed of all the bright stars of the visible universe, but his face is veiled in darkness.

Azathoth's Lair is a large abandoned port city swarming with Spectators and legendary creatures protecting Azathoth.
Lair Actions
On initiative count 15, the Azathoth takes a lair action to cause one of the following effects; the Azathoth can’t use the same effect two rounds in a row:
- Magic users within 1 kilometer from Azathoth, the magic users are petrified for one turn during encounter.
- The closest person to Azathoth on his encounter is grappled for 1 round and takes 1 damage per turn in the round. Their turn is skipped.
Regional Effects

- The area 5 kilometers away from the lair are completely dark.
